Peter Botham is Brown Shipley's Chief Investment Officer and has extensive investment experience.  He will be giving an overview of the economic background and will attempt to explain how this scenario leads us to a number of conclusions regarding investment portfolio alignment.   He will touch upon the current debates in the market and in particular whether or not we are going to fall back into recession again.
