Introducing Rosanne Hayes

We’re delighted to welcome Rosanne Hayes, Technical Specialist, to the Xentum team.

Let us tell you a little more about her.

What attracted you to the role at Xentum?

I wanted to continue with my journey in paraplanning – which I had started in my previous role – to expand my knowledge and get more involved in this process. Xentum have given me the opportunity learn and develop myself.

What do you enjoy about this field of work?

I enjoy learning about people and helping them, so the role allows me to play my part in this. I enjoy the detail involved from reviewing a client’s situation and needs to preparation of the final report that will be presented to them.

What are your first impressions of the company?

It’s a really friendly and down to earth team who work well together and is well structured in terms of processes. It also has a strong emphasis on understanding the client’s aspirations for the future before advising on how to invest their money, which is really refreshing in this industry.

What do you do outside of work to relax?

Music is my main passion out of work, I love going to gigs of various genres, I’m also trying to learn to play guitar. I enjoy playing hockey and the socialising that goes along with it! I’m also on my village Gala Committee, our aim is to raise money to hold several events for the local community, with an annual Gala being the main one. When not doing any of these things, I may be found taking a break or day trip in my retro VW Campervan.
