What you need to know…

We are writing to you to update Xentum’s approach to COVID-19.

Today the Prime Minister advised that anyone with symptoms must self isolate for 14 days along with their family and also avoid “non essential travel and social contact”.

We are immensely lucky at Xentum that all our team can work flexibly and we have been making plans over the last week or so to keep the business operating as normal where possible.

Xentum’s entire business is now technology led so we can access your information anywhere and have put robust systems in place to protect your data and information.

Currently our staff are still working out of the office in Lymm (although this is likely to change) and our Manchester office are working remotely.

All financial planners are setup to work remotely and are well prepared to deal with meetings over phone or Zoom (web based software).

We will keep monitoring any changes in relation to Government advice and we will update you of any internal changes

In terms of the economy and investments, our philosophy and stance has not changed and we believe this is not a time to panic and make investment decisions.

We believe that patient investors with solid financial plans will be rewarded over the medium term and long term and this is one of those times we need to stay calm and think of the bigger picture.
